Notice of Privacy Policy and Practice

RMK Maritime Capital, LLC (“RMK”) recognizes and respects the privacy of our clients. For purposes of this notice, the terms “client” or “clients” includes both companies and individuals who provide nonpublic personal, confidential, and/ or proprietary information to RMK. We provide this notice to you so that you will know what kinds of information we collect about our clients and the circumstances in which that information may be disclosed to third parties who are not affiliated with RMK. Collection of Client Information We collect nonpublic personal, confidential, and/ or proprietary information about our clients from the following sources:

• Engagement agreements, subscription agreements and other forms, which may include a client’s name, address, social security number or employer identification number, information about a client’s investment goals and risk tolerance, and other information;

• Correspondence, written, telephonic, or electronic, between a client and RMK or service providers to RMK.

Disclosure of Client Information

We may disclose all of the client information outlined above to third parties who are not affiliated with RMK:

• As permitted by law;

• To perform marketing services on our behalf or pursuant to a joint marketing agreement with another financial institution.

Security of Client Information

We require service providers to RMK:

• To maintain policies and procedures designed to assure only appropriate access to, and use of, information about clients of RMK; and

• To maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard nonpublic personal, confidential, and/ or proprietary information of clients of RMK.

We will adhere to the policies and practices described in this notice regardless of whether you are a current or former client of RMK.

GDPR Notice and Privacy Policy

RMK Maritime (Europe) Limited (“RMK”) records client data in our contacts database, engagement agreements, project files, and on our system. This includes information such as names, business addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses. This data is used in order to facilitate business relations and issue invoices regarding services provided by us. We handle a minimum of information and adhere to all statutory requirements under UK law. We will only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected and continue to process it, and to satisfy any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

Personal data is available to any individual by request and can be removed from our systems in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Out-of-date information is removed as soon as we are aware of the change. To request a copy of your data, update it, or remove it from our files, please contact Grace McCarthy gmccarthy@rmkmaritime.com or another member of the team with whom you have been corresponding.

As a business to business company, RMK relies on its legitimate interests in keeping our clients and business contacts updated. We assume you would like to continue to receive updates, briefings and marketing communications from us as we consider they are relevant to your business activities and that you are happy to receive them.

If you do not wish to continue to be contacted by us for this purpose you can unsubscribe by sending an email to gmccarthy@rmkmaritime.com or any other member of the RMK team.

At times we may deem it appropriate to share your personal information with our team in New York, USA. This is limited to contact information such as names, telephone numbers, email addresses, and the nature of your business enquiry and will only be when the New York team can take your business enquiry further. Information is not automatically shared. If your data is requested, amended, or removed from our UK system, it will also be changed in New York in the same way.
